AroFlo is the one you can price before a sales call: from $80 per user a month with a minimum of three users, plus a setup package from $1,450. simPRO publishes no price at all and quotes after a demo, with a setup fee whose amount depends on your business. Both are built for bigger, compliance-heavy trade businesses rather than sole traders, and since 2021 both have belonged to the same group.

    Where they really differ

    Same owner, separate products

AroFlo says it is headquartered in Melbourne and is part of the Simpro Group, alongside simPRO, BigChange and ClockShark. Its FAQ says AroFlo, simPRO and ClockShark were bought by K1 Investment Management in 2021. They are still sold as separate products with separate pricing. (AroFlo, checked )

What you can see before you talk to sales

AroFlo publishes a starting rate of $80 per user a month, falling as you add users, with a minimum of three, so a three-person business starts from about $240 a month. It doesn't publish the rest of its scale or say whether the rate includes GST. simPRO says its pricing is tailored to team size, office and field users and add-ons, and gives no figure. Setup costs

AroFlo's FAQ puts its Smart Start setup at $1,450, or $2,900 with implementation, and its pricing page was advertising half off setup on 3 October 2026. simPRO charges an initial setup fee for onboarding, training and data migration, priced on the complexity of your business. What comes in the base price

AroFlo's single plan includes compliance and safety forms, Gantt project planning, stock control and links to more than 600 suppliers, including the merchants Reece and Rexel. simPRO's base plan includes quoting, scheduling, inventory and purchasing, asset maintenance and supplier catalogues, but sells digital forms and its Maintenance Planner for recurring servicing as add-ons. Billing for staff who come and go

On AroFlo's monthly billing you pay for the users who actually log in during the period, with three as the floor; annual billing fixes the number for a lower rate. simPRO offers monthly or annual billing without publishing how users are counted. (AroFlo FAQ, checked )
