Tradify
Tradify sets no job allowance on its price list, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one. Pro adds timesheets, recurring jobs and compliance certificates for $52 per user ex GST.
Fergus
Fergus suits a plumbing or electrical crew that buys from Reece or Tradelink and wants supplier price books synced, with timesheet-only seats from $26 for apprentices and labourers.
Fieldmagic
Fieldmagic's Professional plan has unlimited jobs and five users for $349 ex GST, and is built around asset inspections, and names fire, HVAC and security contractors among the businesses it serves.
AroFlo
AroFlo is for a bigger, compliance-heavy business with stock and staged projects. It needs at least three users and a setup package from $1,450, so it rarely suits a pair.
